THE CHARTER |

GENERAL INFORMATION |
|
|
|
Charter is one of the most popular forms of holiday and
remember to holiday on a sailing yacht you don’t have to
be an expert. It is better if the yacht is chartered by
a group but the participation of individuals can be
organised on prearranged dates. Our yacht is an Atlantic
49 designed by J.B. Anassis and built at the Atlantic
Boat Yard in the Pireus. |

A
fundamental part of a sailing holiday with a skipper is
the creation of group harmony on board and collaborating
with the skipper in order to make the holiday as
enjoyable as possible for everyone. Only a yacht can
offer this unique type of holiday sailing from island to
island with plenty of time for whole days of sun and sea.
It is a holiday everyone can enjoy and everyone can join
in as they best think fit. The most active members can
help in sailing the yacht or explore bays and inlets in
the rubber boat. Less active members can simply enjoy

APPLICATIONS, QUOTATIONS AND CHARTER CONFIRMATION |

|
When
you have chosen the yacht and the period you desire
contact us to receive a quotation which gives you a 7
day charter option.. You will then have 7 days to
confirm or cancel the charter. |

PAYMENT |
|
Upon confirmation of the option to charter you
will sign a charter contract (charter party) and pay 50%
of the total amount. The balance of 50% must be paid one
month prior to the start date of the charter. The cost
of the charter includes the yacht charter fee and third
party liability insurance. Additional insurance should
arranged by the charterer if desired. Other expenses
such as fuel consumed, harbour dues, food and drink are
to be paid prior to disembarking from the yacht.
In addition a refundable deposit of euros 2,000 shall be
paid at embarkation and will be refunded on
disembarkation. |

EMBARKATION AND DISEMBARKATION |
|
|
|
Charters unless otherwise notified or agreed will start
from Marina di Stabia in Castellammare di Stabia (Na) with the exception of long one
way charters where the start or end harbour must be
stated in the charter contract and some week charters
which start from Procida.
Week-end charters commence at 6 pm on Friday evening and
end on Sunday at 6 pm in the evening. Weekly charters
start at 6 pm on Saturday and end around 5 pm on Friday.
It is possible to stay on board on Friday night by
arrangement but the yacht must be free by 8.30 am on
Saturday morning. |
